- Format: Pick-up League with a mixed 7v7 format
- Level: All levels of Experience
- Age: 19+ or 12+ with parental consent
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender
- Duration: 14 weeks from the late-May to late-August
- Time: Mondays 6:45 PM – 9 PM

More Info In a Pickup League, you will be assigned to a team on the night of the game. Every player should bring a light jersey and a dark jersey to each game, as they could be assigned to either team. (Or even switch teams halfway into the game). This year, we will alternate the gender assignments each week to the teams – some weeks the games will be mixed, some weeks the games will be women only and open only. Games should start by 6:45 and go until a team reaches 17 points or it becomes too dark to play safely.

More Info We recommend registering as a team. There must be at least 3 women per team. However, you may also sign up as an individual and we will place you on an existing team or a HAT team. If you receive a message that you are on the WAITING LIST, remain there! We will do our best to get you playing. You will be provided an opportunity to indicate a fellow member that you would like to play with. If there are more than two of you that would like to play together, send us a message at gm@missuc.ca with the details of who you would like to play with. We will do what we can (NO GUARANTEES). Note: it is VERY difficult to place more than three players together.

More Info MISSUC is offering new and special programs this year! This registration is for women only. Any and all women over the age of 18 are welcome to join these programs. We are focusing on making these clinics/games ideal for players that don’t have a lot of experience and would like to improve their ultimate game. If you are an experienced player and want to encourage an inexperienced friend to join you, this would be a great opportunity to introduce your friend to ultimate and play with them. MissUC does plan to encourage some very experienced players to participate to provide encouragement, inspiration, skill development and good times. Leaders will go over fundamentals of the game and then everyone will get to play some a game. Perhaps, when the games are done, the group will venture off to a local establishment for some refreshing libations and good times.
