2024 Late Season Youth Membership Registration
The 2024 JUNIOR Membership is for athetes under 18 years of age at the time of their registration.
You MUST have a valid 2024 Membership (Regular or Junior) in order to participate in any of the leagues offered by the Mississauga Ultimate Club.
This membership is for members registering in the final months of the 2024 season -- January to March 31, 2025.
Junior members will need to have a parent read and complete the Parental Release and Responsible Adult Permission Questionaire
