2025 Adult Membership Registration

You MUST have a valid 2025 Membership in order to participate in any of the leagues offered by the Mississauga Ultimate Club.

Enjoy our 2025 ridiculously low membership fee of $25.

MissUC is making special efforts to support youths in Ultimate, through our YUM programs and our U18 Touring Teams. Please consider using the “Angel Fund Membership Fee" which includes an extra $10 donation that will be put towards helping families pay for our YUM clinic programs as well as mediate some of the expenses for our U18 SAUGA Touring players to help keep their fees lower.

Please note, this year, MissUC is offering a special recognition membership for members that fall within the following categories : Firefighter; Indigenous heritage; EMS or Ambulance Attendant; Certified Physiotherapist; Teacher of grade 12 or lower. If you qualify for one of these categories, please use the appropriate registration (this is not it).

Junior members will need to upload a signed copy of our Parental Release Waiver before they can complete their Junior Membership.

The Membership fee for 2025 is $25.  With that membership you receive the benefits that MissUC receives in its membership with Ontario Ultimate, as well as medical insurance coverage applicable should you require therapy due to an injury sustained while playing in a MissUC event.  For a description of the coverage that is offered through Ontario Ultimate, please click here. 

To become a member of MissUC, you must agree to a MissUC waiver, agree to an Ontario Ultimate waiver, indicate that you have read a Rowan's Law Concussion Resource and pay the required fee. If you are under the age of 18, you must register as a Junior Member, indicate that you have read a Rowan's Law Concussion Resource and submit a parental permission form which includes the identification of a Responsible Adult.

The Membership fee for 2025 is $25.  This Particular fee includes a $10 donation to the MissUC Angel Fund which will go directly to reducing fees for our MissUC Youth programs.  With that membership you receive the benefits that MissUC receives in its membership with Ontario Ultimate, as well as medical insurance coverage applicable should you require therapy due to an injury sustained while playing in a MissUC event.  For a description of the coverage that is offered through Ontario Ultimate, please click here.

You cannot register for any events until you are logged on to the site. The system can help you recover forgotten passwords or create a new profile (and user ID with password) if you are new to the MissUC site.
