This membership is designed specifically for U14 Learn to Play clinic members that have already paid their membership dues as part of their participation in the 2025 YUM U14 Learn To Play programs. 

This membership registration is required in order to participate in activities outside of the YUM program, because there is a "Responsible Adult Designation" Questionnaire that MUST be completed by all members under the age of 18 before participating in any MissUC event.

The Membership fee for the April 2025 to March 2026 season is $25,  With that membership you receive benefits derived from MissUC's membership with Ontario Ultimate, as well as medical insurance coverage applicable should you require therapy due to an injury sustained while playing in a MissUC event.  For a description of the coverage that is offered through Ontario Ultimate, please click here.

To become a member of MissUC, you must agree to a MissUC waiver, an Ontario Ultimate waiver and pay the required fee. In addition, if you are under the age of 18, you must submit a parental permission form which includes the identification of a Responsible Adult.
